Salary and Benefits:

Salary: Grade 4, SCP 28-31 £23,945 - £26,539

7 Months Fixed Term Contract – 1st September to 31st March 2015

 Hours: 37 per week

The Client:

Our client is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), which was set up in 2005 to manage the housing stock owned by Bury Council. They provide a wide range of services to around 8000 homes in Bury and aspire to deliver great services that improve the quality of your home and neighbourhood.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Our client based in Bury is looking for a Business Improvement Analyst to help shape the future success of the organisation.

As Business Improvement Analyst you will develop and deliver excellent fit for purpose performance, research and improvement services to teams across the business.

The Business Improvement Anallyst will be responsible for ensuring the right information is to hand to be able to manage the business effectively and that the views and experiences of the customer are central to everything the organisation does.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate is someone with demonstrable knowledge of working to tight deadlines in the production of research and analyses, can present complex performance information in an accessible way and can work closely with customers and service delivery teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

The role of Business Improvement Analyst goes further than simply focusing on data and key performance indicators however, as it develops into acting as a business partner with Directors and Business Managers. With this in mind our client is looking for an experienced business analyst who can turn research, good practice and understanding data into a proactive conversation about business improvement, so you will need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to progress research into improvement recommendations.

This position is based in Bury.
