Customer Support Advisor
Service focused Customer Support Advisor required for a Wellington, Somerset based company. This is a full time role working 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with a salary of £18,000 PA. This varied 'front line' customer care position requires a clear communicator with ideally experience within an office based customer service role or a hospitality or retail background. This is an office based position where you will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts providing an informative and efficient service.The main duties will include; - Dealing with incoming customer calls. - Relaying details back to customers on orders. - Preparing quotes. - Organising running dates. - Preparing billing information. - Updating schedules while liaising with other departments. - Maintaining customer records and dealing with requests from management for customer information purposes. - Monitoring customer activity across the business. - Preparing orders. - Maintaining customer records. - Creating orders for bespoke items. To be suitable for this role you will be able to demonstrate team working skills and display excellent organisational abilities. A self motivated and positive working attitude is a must! Applicants will have a strong educational background and ideally be educated to degree level.
