Customer Service Specialist

On behalf of our global engineering client we are recruiting for experienced Customer Service Specialists, based at their site in Didsbury. The successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience in a service or technical service centre role and be responsible for;

• Maintaining the highest degree of customer satisfaction• Evaluating customer issues and identifying appropriate path to resolution, • Communicating customer needs and priority to appropriate technical personnel to effectively maximize customer satisfaction. • Responsible for following customer concerns through resolution. • Providings updates into Service Management system as required. • Dealing with contractors both internal and external.• Completing Administration to a high standard

Skills required include;• Preferably with experience in HVAC, Fire, Security and/or mechanical systems environment• Ability to follow processes and procedures• High attention to detail including accurate recording and management of data• Excellent communication/phone skills.• Operational planning and execution skills.• Excellent time management and organizational skills.• Interpersonal skills; including the ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport at all levels; sensitivity.• Fluent to native speaking in English and at least one other relevant language preferred • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers based on trust and mutual understanding.
