Helpdesk Administrator

Helpdesk Administrator Monday-Friday 9-5.30 Salary 18-19k A great opportunity has arisen working for a great company, based locally: Duties Include *Dealing with incoming calls *Liaising with engineers to arrange repairs *Logging information *Recording information *Organising and general administration duties YOU MUST HAVE strong IT and helpdesk knowledge To confirm your identity, you will be required to bring your passport with you when registering.
