Our client is a well-established, ever growing financial company, who are looking for a Business Performance Assistant to join their team.
Business Performance Assistant – The roleTo prepare reports and respond to enquiries on both a recurring and adhoc basisCreating, maintaining and updating existing and new documentationTo assist with the achievement of the company’s business objectives Develop and maintain a suite of management information reports and promote their usage throughout the wider business.Continually monitor data quality using appropriate BI reportsProvide adhoc support to the Business Performance team in their roles as requiredCarry out any additional research, analysis and evaluation where required
Business Performance Assistant – The candidate
·Excellent written and spoken English and Mathematical skills
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
·Must be a team player and highly organised
·Highly numerate with the ability to analyse
·Ability to work to tight deadlines
·Excellent MS Excel, Work and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems and procedures
