TRAINING MANAGER – COLLECTIONS

UP TO £30,000

BASED IN REDDITCH, WORCESTERSHIRE

This leading receivables management business has an impressive portfolio of companies for whom they handle debt recovery and they do so in a professional way. By empowering employees through training they are able to maximise collection whilst delivering a superior customer experience. Their people appreciate the importance of a compliance based collections approach which ensures protection of clients’ brands and reputations.

This Collections Training Manager role is a new one and the key areas of responsibility will be:

·Managing the complete training cycle including conducting Training Needs Analysis, designing training programmes, developing innovative training delivery methodologies, delivering training courses and training evaluation

·Constantly ensuring that all compliance requirements and legislation are adhered to

·Develop a positive learning culture across the Collections department

·Manage the Collections Trainers and identify their areas for development

The Collections Training Manager should have:

·Proven track record of designing and delivering training courses

·A background of having worked within the debt collection industry, financial services or a call centre would be useful

·Proactive and collaborative approach with strong leadership and relationship building skills

·Excellent communication and presentation skills

·Good time management and planning

·Ability to evaluate effectiveness of training and ensure all courses are logged

·CIPD Qualified or a Certificate In Learning and Development (CLDP) would be preferred but is not essential

·Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to train
