Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location & Post Code: Hadleigh, Essex (SS7)

Salary: £14,000 - £15200 per Annum

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator with at least 3 years experience.

Our client is seeking a very confident communicator and organised individual who can work on their own initiative.

Their ideal Customer Service Administrator will have:

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

• Enjoy talking with clients on telephone.

• Be fully computer literate.

Your Duties Will Include:

• Administration dealing with correspondence-filing-managing client files.

• Client Telephone Audits.

Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 10.00am - 7.00pm

                        Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
