Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for temporary customer service staff to work for a shared service centre. You will be taking calls from applicants and hiring managers who are looking to fill vacancies. You will be telephone interviewing, giving people advice and support when they are applying for a role. Arranging interviews and liaising with people at all levels. You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, good listening and communication skills. Showing empathy and support. You must come from a strong service background. You must be able to work on a shift basis from 8am - 7pm this will include alternative Saturday weekend working.
