My client is based in Goring and is looking for a candidate to join their expanding Operations team on a permanent full time basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative support for the team and to be flexible to do any tasks needed in order for their customers to receive the best possible service.My client is looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills along with good numeracy skills. They key responsibilities will be:- Provide professional and effective communication with internal and external customers- Provide and manage administration for the credit protection system- Write and process monthly reports- Input client payments each day- Assist Client Managers to resolve unallocated expenditures- Managing and processing BACS receiptsThe role is office based but with a wide range of office activities and responsibilities. My client is looking for a candidate who has the ability to work accurately and efficiently to deadlines and to resolve routine problems with established solutions. They are also looking for a candidate with intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.In order to be considered for the role you must have previous administration experience and have excellent communication skills, both written and face-to-face. You must also have excellent attention to detail with an ability to work at a fast pace.
