Assessor - Customer Service, Business Admin - Multiple Roles
A national Employability and Skills Training Provider requires multiple Assessors operate on a newly secured, large-scale Work Based Learning contract. Working across the Yorkshire area, you will be training, assessing and supporting employed learners supplied by the Provider in the specialist areas of Customer Service, Business Admin and Team Leading (Levels 2 and 3).
This role would suit a high performing Assessor as you will provide advice, guidance and assess learners who are in paid employment at their place of work. You will provide support to learners on a one-to-one and group basis and will undertake the assessment process as required. And as a quality learning provider who enjoys excellent relationships with clients across the different business units, you will have the opportunity, and be expected, to discuss your learners' progress with employers to strengthen relationships further. This role will be delivering the full apprenticeship framework and you will have gained prior experience in the delivery of Functional Skills (Numeracy, Literacy and ICT)
