Spanish Speaking Project Manager
Working for a prestigious international organisation based in Basingstoke you will be responsible for taking accountability for the end to end activities, milestones and finances and quality required to deliver projects as defined in numerous high profile, large revenue contracts.The Project Manager role will be responsible for:*Strong day-to-day management of the operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects. i.e. manage communication with stakeholders, stakeholder management i.e. negotiations, influencing suppliers and customers as necessary*Review on a regular basis all projects so that they are run on time, on budget and to the required quality.*Ensure quality is an integral part of project delivery.*Manage both the dependencies and interfaces between projects.*Manage and forecast the resource allocation for the project to minimise overall cost and risk to the project.*Identify, assess and manage project issues and risks and create mitigation plans as required.*Responsible for quality assurance and overall integrity of projects from supply chain to delivery of the finished project to the customer. *Provide the Line of Business / commercial team with support and project management expertise in building bids and proposals and in determining the feasibility of opportunities.*Identify potential future business opportunities & advise sales as appropriate.*Drive best practice in developing all aspects of the project pipeline through all stages of the project maintaining effective communication, accurate reporting, positive decision making and leadership.*Report progress, issues and risks for projects on a regular basis and escalate as required.*Provide feed-back to Sales on customer needs and future requirements and provide advice to Sales Leadership Team on issues and risks related to current and future implementations.*Mentor less experienced project managers.Skills and experience required*Strong project manager experience *Must be fluent Spanish speaker*Other languages advantageous i.e. French, Portuguese*Able to work independently in unfamiliar surroundings. *Able to travel anywhere in the world and work in challenging environments including less developed countries*Cultural awareness as works with diverse nationalities.*PRINCE2 or PMP qualification required is desirable*Experience in the Project or Programme Management of Software and/or Hardware Implementation Projects would be advantageous*Experience of leading teams working on client engagements within a business.*Good understanding of budgetary control and resource allocation procedures.*Ability to analyse profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilisation across projects.This role is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of between £47’000 and £53’000 with a possible 10% bonus.
