QC Administrator - Shelf Life

Part Time  for HR GO Recruitment in Canterbury

Based in Chartham. Own transport is required

FMCG- fresh produce

Shelf Life QC Administrator

5 hours per day (between 07.00 / 19.00)

4 days on/ 4 days off

Collect QC Samples from designated area and collate information onto the database.Check weigh and check brix on collection and input data on the sample provided and onto the databaseKeep Shelf life in Pack date order for easy access for PQI and PMsCheck and collate information on a daily basis as per specificationHigh-lighting any issues where product is out of specification and raise with the PQI/PMsProduct falling out of specification will be removed with weight/brix checked and recordedOn end of Pack Date check weight and brix / record onto the databaseTo ensure all areas of the Shelf life room is clear of any waste productsProvide feedback to the Technical / PQIs and PMs

The main sources of complexity are:

Ensuring all data is recorded accuratelyEnsuring all samples are checked to specification and recorded accuratelyEnsuring Technical / PQIs / PMs are kept aware of any problematic shelf lifeKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREDHighly numerate with a good attention to detailEnjoys working with numbers, systems and calculationsPassionate, focused and determinedEffective communicator, written or verbalExcels and thinks clearly under pressureOutgoing personality, enthusiastic and a team playerPersonable, understanding and analyticalGood relationship builder who can be trustedExperience within fresh produce
