Outbound Sales Executive
Duties and Responsibilities:*Making outbound calls to existing customers to achieve the end result required of orders being placed with the business.*Working closely with the Sales Manager and existing Sales team, the role requires an ability to build strong relationships with the goal of securing & maintaining long term repeat business whilst also increasing order values.*To call customers from a database produced list. (60+/day)*Calls will also be need to be made to follow up on promotional campaigns.*The role involves effective swap selling and cross selling.*Update and maintain customer records on database.*Mailing out price lists and brochures for customers as necessary, plus any other admin tasks required for the role.*Cover to be provided for other Outbound Telesales representatives, if absent from business.*To carry out any other admin tasks required by Line Manager as and when needed. Skills and Experience required: You must have experience in Outbound Sales. The role also requires a lot of customer service so experience within this area is also very important. IT Knowledge essential. Some knowledge of Sage would be an advantage. Ability to work on own initiative to resolve issues reactively and proactively, making decisions within the role boundary. Time Management, organisation and planning skills.
