Sales Office Manager required for successful wholesaler in the Gatwick area.Category: Electrical WholesaleLocation: Gatwick areaDuration: PermanentSalary/Benefits: up to circa £25K + bonusesSales Office Manager (Customer Service Manager) required by a well established and very busy electrical wholesaler in the Gatwick area.This is a very varied role which will involve processing internet / web orders, dealing with telephone enquiries, working as part of a small team of staff as well as growing and developing the business.The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all orders go through the business as required and are processed, picked and packed in a timely manner.The team deals with between 60 to 150 orders per day.The ideal candidate will have electrical wholesale experience and good understanding of the wholesale business. You will be self motivated and enthusiastic with good sales and customer service experience.You will oversee a small team of 4 staff and help to drive that team forward to achieving and exceeding their goals.You will liaise with the warehouse team and ensure that any issues occurring are resolved.You will cover the office hours of 8am to 6pm either finishing earlier or finishing later depending on the rota.Alternate Saturday mornings on a rota basis.Basic salary will be up to approximately £25,000 per annum + bonuses dependant on experience.Requirements: Electrical wholesale experience ideally and good telephone manner.Must be within easy travelling distance of the Gatwick area.
