An excellent opportunity has arisen for a recruitment apprentice to join this award winning team of dedicated professionals.
The position will be based in the Banbury office and you will be responsible for supporting the day to day functioning of the office by undertaking a variety of tasks, initially focused around administration.
Key initial responsibilities:
·Answering incoming telephone calls
·Updating the worker database
·Assisting with payroll
·Filing, photocopying & scanning
·Compiling registration documents
As part of this apprenticeship you will receive structured training and as you progress your responsibilities will progress to reflect the dynamic industry of recruitment. You will become involved with the recruitment process and will become responsible for contacting and registering potential jobseekers.
This opportunity will allow you to develop your existing communication, people and teamwork skills in a professional setting. In addition to this, there is potential for you to learn successful sales techniques.
No previous experience is required for the role.
The ideal candidate will have attained English & Maths GCSE A-C grade or equivalent.
