Office Angels is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our professional and prestigious client based in the Stirling area. This is a permanent position and gives you the chance to work with a sought after employer in Stirling who believes in staff development and investment.This is a busy and fast paced role and requires someone who has worked in a similar environment and is looking for a new challenge in this field. The role involvesProcessing all invoices accurately and in a timely manner Processing daily bank transactions and reconciling on a regular basis Reconciliation of all customer and general ledger accounts Monitoring all receipts, payments and deductions Reconciling all outstanding items at month end Proactively managing account balances You will be a natural organiser who takes a proactive approach to work. You will always strive to deliver against timescales and targets and will have the ability to effectively prioritise your workload. With strong communication skills you will be a flexible team player but will also have the ability to work off your own initiative.In addition to this you will have strong numerical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
