Position: IT Technical Customer Service & Support Coach

Location: South East London

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 plus generous bonus and additional benefits

Contract: Perm, Full time - Mon - Friday

Company Profile:

An articulate Customer Service & Support Coach required for a global organisation that provide services and solutions of conferencing.

Job Responsibilities:

To provide support and coaching to the team.To assist and support the team to achieve business, department and individual objectives.Support newly trained staff to develop their skills on Technical issues.Manage staff – ensure they are completing daily tasks in line with business operations.Monitor changes and updates and inform team as required.Coach and develop staff through “one to one” coaching.Monitor calls and provide feedback.Produce reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basisTraining as required

Required Skills/Experience:

Business to business experienceSolid Technical support experienceExcellent customer service expertiseExceptional attention to detailGood interpersonal skills, including resolving conflict.AnalyticalA multi-taskerGood MS Office skills (Word and Excel)A good team playerA bi lingual speaker of a European language would be highly beneficial
