Support Workers – Supported Living- Part-Time (up to 30 hours per week) & Bank.
Our Client is a national charity that provides support to people with Autism and learning disabilities to enable them to live more independently in their own homes. We are now looking to fill the above positions for Mansfield and. We require people to join the support worker team, helping people to live their lives with choice and control and more importantly, to enjoy life the way they want to.

You will need to be person centred, committed and able to remain focussed on the person and their agreed plan. It is desirable that applicants will have held a full UK driving licence.

The ideal Carer / Support Worker will possess the following skills and qualities:Experience is preferred, but not essential as comprehensive training is provided, including sponsorship to complete a recognised care diploma.Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends, sleep ins and Bank holidays when required.Ability to use their own initiative, work on their own, but be happy to be part of the team.
Salary and reward package:£13,716 – £15,281 (FTE) plus sleep in payment.£7.02 - £7.82 per hour for BankChildcare Vouchers.Enhanced payments for Bank Holidays.Contributory company pension scheme.Free Life Assurance.Increased holiday with length of service, plus Holiday Top-Up scheme.
