We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Executive to join our team supporting the recruitment activity for Anchor’s luxury new build developments.

Based in our London office in bustling Covent Garden you’ll work with our New Developments team to ensure we attract and secure the best talent for our suite of luxury new builds across the South. With forecasted plans to open 16 new developments over the next 2 years this is an exciting time to be joining us and means there is the potential for this contract to be extended.
Reporting into the Resourcing Manager, responsibilities will include:-
·To support attraction plans for the recruitment of staff for new site developments in the South of the Country, to include attendance of Open Days, job fairs and assessment centre interviews.
·Production of candidate long and short lists for recruiting managers, undertaking CV screening/shortlisting and telephone interviews
·Conduct CV searching, job board database management and social media promotion
·Create attraction materials to promote opportunities
·Produce resourcing MI and activity to support deliverables of resourcing function
·Support timely completion of activities and communication updates on key milestone achievements to support Resourcing objectives in line with Anchor’s Business Plan
·Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
To be successful in this role you’ll need previous resourcing experience and great project management skills. You’ll be able to work autonomously and at a fast past pace, managing your time and key stakeholders effectively throughout. You’ll be results driven, confident in identifying solutions and have the ability to travel as business needs require. In addition we are ideally seeking someone who can start as soon as possible.
