Sales Administrator

Permanent  for Office Angels in Wolverhampton

My client, a successful company based in Wolverhampton are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their vibrant and successful team. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills;-Administrative experience within a sales office environment-Strong communications skills-Can do attitudeMain Duties & Accountabilities: *Accurately record and maintain all Customer claims against agreed rebates and price support deals*Process credits for authorised concerns, agreed returns and rebates*Maintain accurate records of all Customer contracts, correspondence, service level and consignment agreements*Know key contacts and develop relationships with key accounts*Provide back office and administrative support for the Sales Director*Participate in specific projects and improvement activities as required and directed by the Commercial Manager*Work closely with the Customer Service team members to ensure all enquiries and customer responses are provided within agreed timescales*Process sales quotations and carry out internal costing/pricing checks to ensure correct margins by product are being achieved and maintained*Provide technical assistance and comprehensively understand the product range to proactively maximise all sales opportunities*Respond and process orders, samples, enquiries and requests (by telephone, fax and email) from customers, consumers, customer service and sales teams*Provide effective support to the Sales teams (internal and external), Marketing and Product Management*Respond to a variety of incoming calls from customers, consumers and commercial team colleagues*Understand customer industry and competitive environment*Communicate with various internal suppliers of information to provide current enquiry status to external customers*Operate effectively and efficiently within current policies and KPI targets relating to pricing, complaint handling, email enquiries and telephone response*Respond and enter customer complaints into the Concerns System in a timely manner as directed.*Support strategic Sales and Marketing projects*Help to share information and co-ordinate external and internal activitiesThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned company.
