PA / Office Manager
We are looking for a capable and dynamic PA to support the director of a small financial consultancy practise based in south west London. This business is highly focused, so you'll be motivated and passionate about working within a financial environment. The Director is involved in all aspects of the office so we are looking for a PA that likes to get involved and really understand the business. The role is varied, as the Directors' Personal Assistant your responsibilities will include for example: extensive travel organisation; diary management; collating information from within the business; specific tasks relating to the individual Directors business areas; the smooth running of the office. The successful candidate will be articulate, well-presented with solid PA experience, ideally from a financial environment. You will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to build relationships and gain buy-in both internally, within other group businesses, and external parties. You'll have top notch PC skills specifically Microsoft Office and pride yourself on the quality of the support you provide.
