My client, a large utilities company based in Leeds, are looking for a Billings Administrator to join their finance team.Reporting to the Team Leader, responsibilities include;Ensuring all invoices are produced to deadlinesEnsure invoices adhere to taxation rulesManage accurate changes to chargesLiaise with team members to ensure re-work and discrepancies are at a minimal levelThe successful candidate;Previous understanding of the billing process with be an advantageGood numerical skillsSelf-organisationExcellent customer serviceSewell Moorhouse acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
