As such, they are now looking for a Trainee HR Administrator to join their team. As a Trainee HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing valuable administrative support to our client’s HR Team, Partners and Managers. Supporting the HR Manager, you’ll assist with a wide range of administration duties and arrange formal meetings relating to training, performance management and disciplinaries. Keeping the HR database fully up-to-date at all times, you’ll maintain holiday and sickness records and update HR systems with all contractual changes, new starters and leavers. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a wide range of HR related fields and increase the scope of your activities as you enhance your experience.
