Hays Office Support is recruiting a permanent role for our client in Horley as an Account Support member. In this job you will be working with the Customer Services Team, liaising with accounts managers, answering and transferring inbound phone calls, invoicing and other duties that may be required. In the role you will be reporting to the Sales Office Team Leader and working with internal departments. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent IT skills, specifically Excel. You will have an outstanding telephone manner, be able to remain calm under pressure and be able to work under your own initiative.
