They are currently going through huge expansion and are looking to increase their teams of Customer Consultants at their West Malling Office. Based in the relatively new village of Kings Hill, Cabot is based on a multi-purpose site of both residential and office/business space making it a great place to work. Working within a team of 12 on a collection floor of 150 people, you would be responsible for dealing with inbound and outbound calls to customers from a variety of different financial positions. With high ethical standards and an excellent level of customer service, you will negotiate and tailor make repayment plans to help the customer aim to be debt free. The role is 100% telephone-based within their vibrant and exciting call centre environment and works on an appealing 2 week shift pattern from Monday to Friday and working every other Saturday 08:45 - 13.30 hours. This is a permanent position of 36 hours per week within a fast paced environment and subject to a high level of compliance checks.
