Permanent  for Support Services Group in Cambridge

Working for my Bar Hill based Client you will resolve and process inbound customer and supplier enquiries, identify and understand customer needs and provide a consistently high quality service. Your main responsibilities will be to:

Investigate and resolve customer enquiries

Provide accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organisation

Process quotes, samples and invoices

Contact suppliers to check order details

Allocate stock and provide stock audits

Liaise with transport to ensure 100% on time deliveries

Identify sales potentials and strive to achieve Company targets
