HR Shared Service Operations Manager

HR Shared Service Operations Manager - Northamptonshire - up to £55K + carOur client is a global leader and expanding organisation. Due to a recent reorganisation of the HR structure following a large acquisition, they are now looking for an experienced HR Shared Service Manager to lead the shared service function operationally.Reporting through to Head of HR Shared Services, you will manage a team of 4 direct Team Leader reports and around 40 staff in total based across 2 sites. The teams are new, enthusiastic, passionate and motivated but need support to ensure that processes are in place and working effectively. Relationships need to built between the team and also with Managers in the business as well as key HR contacts.SLAs within the teams needs to be improved and the function has not yet finished growing. The team will expand as more work transitions to the shared service function and self service is rolled out with additional modules being utilised.To be successful in this role you will already be an experienced HR Shared Service Operations Manager with an understanding of managing Shared Service Team leaders and a large team.
