My client, a firm of well established Independent Financial Advisers, are seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Administrator who will be responsible for providing top-notch support for the company IFAs and their clients. This is an exciting opportunity which will suit career driven individuals with strong passion for the Financial Services industry.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:* Diary management for IFAs and arranging review meetings* Processing new business and creating valuations* Maintaining the back office system – Adviser Office* Acting as a 1st point of contact and regular liaison with clients, both corporate and individual* Good understanding of Money Landing procedures and ensuring adherence to these at all times
Please note previous experience of working within an IFA practice as well as exposure and working knowledge of the full range of regulated Financial Services products are essential to be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will already be pursuing or will be strongly committed to pursuing the relevant industry examinations, such as the Certificate in Financial Planning.
