Fund Manager’s AssistantLiverpool¬£18,000 – ¬£22,000 + fantastic benefitsMy client are a leading Financial Services organisation, with established presence and reputation, seeking to appoint a candidate from a solid Investment Management background to work closely and provide full administration support to the firm’s Fund Managers. This is an exciting opportunity offering excellent career progression prospects into a front office role.The key duties and responsibilities associated with this role include:* Recording and updating client electronic files/portfolios* Format, produce and issue investment advice letters for advisory clients* Maintaining and developing bespoke spreadsheets * Recording and acting on client dealing instructions* Liaising with platform and product providers* Liaising with internal departments and clientsApplicants must be able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as good attention to detail. This role involves liaison with people at all levels and therefore superb communication skills are a MUST.Experience in the Regulated Financial Services sector and Capital Gains calculations are crucial for applications to be considered. Process made towards the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) is strongly desirable.
