As a Client Support Administrator your core duties and responsibilities will involve:* Processing new business from beginning to end* Administration of valuations and client reviews* Preparing invoices, issuing and checking policy documents* Liaising with clients, product providers and 3rd parties* Acting as a fist point of contact for any client queries* Diary management for IFAsThe successful candidate must have previous working exposure to Independent Financial Advisers and experience in a similar role, preferably within an IFA practice. Truth and 1st Software systems experience is a desirable requirement.
