My client, one of the best small Financial Services companies in the North West have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable Financial Services Administrator to join their growing, well-regarded company.

You will be responsible for providing efficient professional support to Financial Advisors working within the Life, Investments and Pensions markets. More specifically, this role will focus on developing professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and product providers in order to ensure the streamlined and smooth running of business applications from processing to completion.

Preparing document packs and reports and other information for client meetings, and maintaining up-to-date information on the company's database are important aspects of this role. Accurately record and maintain client personal, investment and transaction data within Data Protection & FSA Guidelines and to ensure all corresponding data records are completed within appropriate timescales. You will be asked to talk to our clients so you must have a great telephone manner.

In this sense, experience working in an IFA practice is crucial. You will also need to be highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic, with good attention to detail.
