Bid Writer

Permanent  for Management Recruitment Group in Leeds

This position looks after the Bid writing for the repairs and maintenance team in the public and affordable housing sector. The bid team are responsible for coordinating the bid launch and bid process from inception to completion.

The Bid Writer will ensure that library records are maintained and updated according to bid progress.They will also monitor all submitted bid documents to ensure they are well written, correctly formatted and compliant to company standards.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst building confidence within the team and managing the process smoothly. They will be responsible for the PQQ, ITT and review of all bid submissions for quality and accuracy. It is essential that you possesses strong technical writing skills and experience in preparing proposals for the final bid.

You will ideally have some experience of working within the Housing Sector; at the very least you must have exposure of working within the built environment.
