As an international organisation they are now ready to spearhead the next stage of expansion and are seeking a bright and enthusiastic graduate to join their IT team!ROLE: Graduate / Junior IT Support Technician SALARY: 18,000 - 22,000 + Benefits LOCATION: Banbury - Commutable from Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Daventry, Bicester, Coventry, Southam, Rugby, OxfordTHE ROLE:You will be accountable for providing 1st and 2nd line support for the companys commercial software applications, hardware and services. You will deliver a high level of customer service ensuring that all issues are logged, prioritised and resolved. This role will be evolving as the business grows and you will quite rapidly have the opportunity to become involved in the testing, implementation and deployment of new software releases.
