Business Development Manager

Frontline manages communications for their clients both online and offline providing a bespoke solution to a variety of market sectors catering for anything from e-commerce customer services to multi-channel global emergency helpdesks.

Focused on delivering outstanding customer experience and utilising the latest technology, Frontline is now looking to secure a Business Development Manager to join their dynamic and proactive team.

Key responsibilities include:

Identification and creation of strategic plans to expand in to new market sectorsAcquisition and development of new Client relationships on a national and international basisCreation and management of proposals, contracts and new client tender enquiries

The successful candidate will be experienced in engaging and managing senior level strategic negotiations and relationships, and reporting to the Managing Director will have sole responsibility for the development of this exciting new role. You will be proactive with a consultative approach to new business whilst having the skills to effectively engage with and develop existing Client Accounts.
