Purchase/Sales ledger assistant
Leeds based broadband company, we offer our clients the best choice in wholesale broadband, telephony, voip, hosting and domain names.
We now require an assistant sales / purchase ledger to join our friendly team and assist with the smooth running of the accounts office.
Key responsibilities include entering of purchase invoices, credit notes, payments and receipts, dealing with creditors, checking statements, and giving comprehensive admin support to the accounts team.
Some previous experience of purchase ledger is essential as is IT literacy and communication skills.
This role is initially a temporary part time role with the possibility of developing in to a permanent full time role.
We are looking for someone who can commit to a half day Monday – Friday who can also offer flexibility and increase hours as and when required to cope with busy periods.
