Our fantastic, high profile client is seeking a Mandarin-speaking receptionist for temporary cover. You will be working in one of the most major international financial service companies in the heart of London City alongside other corporate individuals. We are seeking a culturally-sensitive, experienced receptionist with language speaking skills for an immediate start.Your duties will include:- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, providing refreshments- Ensuring switchboard is covered at all time- General administrative duties, booking meeting rooms, word processing, filing, facing- Signing for and distributing post- Ensuring reception area and all meeting rooms have neat and tidy appearance at all times- Manage office supplies/stationary, control of ordering and invoicing with external supplier- Making bookings for taxis, couriers, lunches, venues, restaurants etc, manging invoices settlement for all arrangements- Any Ad-Hoc duties which can reasonably be carried out without compromising reception serviceThe selected candidate will be:- Enthusiastic, generous, easy to get along with- Mandarin-Speaking- Reception and Switchboard Experienced- Culturally-sensitive- Welcoming and friendly- Flexible and well-manneredAdvertised by Office Angels, City branch Please note that due to a high volume of response Office Angels receive; only successful candidates will be contacted For the purposes of the Regulations, please note that Office Angels in the provision of these services will be operating as a recruitment agency.
