Project Support AdministratorLlandow£16,000 – £18,500 per annumThe Office Angels team are currently recruiting on behalf of their client, for a strong administrator who has experience in customer liaison and assisting in project coordination/management.You will be required to support another senior team member in the running of a major project, as well as providing general administrative support to the team on a daily basis. The ideal candidate must:Have excellent verbal and written communication skills *Be organised *Be self motivated *Be able to problem solve using own initiative to resolve customer issues *Be passionate about delivering customer service *Have excellent IT skills, with particular experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Publisher) and Wordpress *Be able to work independently Duties to include:*Providing pricing information to customers as required *Processing sales orders *Assist in planning and administering various national and international exhibitions *Liaising with current and prospect customers in regards to products and orders *Accurate data entry and effective maintenance of customer records *Keeping up to date with and maintaining product information for the website, product catalogue and price list *Providing general office support as and when required This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who: are currently the leading suppliers in their market, can provide opportunities for future progression and who offer generous benefits packages.
