HR Business Partner - Technology / R&D

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche technology led organisation with a base in Swindon as well as other sites across the UK, to recruit a second talented HRBP on a permanent basis, due to further expansion.

In this operational HR role we are looking for a pragmatic candidate who can work with the Head of HR, a peer HRBP as well as provide support to a team of 4 to provide a comprehensive Human Resource Service, which supports the Human Resources and Organisational Strategic Plan.

You will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the Human Resource Strategy to support the core objectives and development, establishing a sound understanding of the priorities to provide advice, guidance and information across a spectrum of HR issues. You will develop, maintain and manage effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that the guidance and information given is fully effective, and that needs are quickly identified and met. You will be responsible for providing a specified range of services and supporting the Head of HR and the team in the design, development and implementation of systems, policies and processes which support such services to include:

Recruitment, Assessment and Selection of Staff Employment Relations and Communications Performance Management Interpretation and application of Employment Legislation Organisation Change and Effectiveness Applying Best Practice Human Resource Policies and Procedures Monitoring and Provision of Management Information Competency Frameworks Terms and Conditions of Employment Rewards and Benefits Grading Systems and Job Evaluation People & Management Development

You will also engage in continuous personal development self-assessment and review.

You will be ideally fully CIPD qualified or at least studying towards your CIPD with at least 3-5 years generalist HR experience ideally gained in a changing environment. You will possess strong employment law, recruitment knowledge and organisational skills combined with a proactive and positive approach with a proven ability to achieve results. You must have strong influencing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
