Marketing / CRM Analyst

My well established Client is urgently recruiting for a Marketing / CRM Executive to be responsible for Database Management, Sales Support & Incentive Programs, Marketing Communications, Event Management, Relationship Management and Administrative tasks.The role will include day to day maintenance, monitoring & coordination of changes to the CRM system. Extract reports as required by the business. Customer database management:Support in building and maintaining the customer database for marketing activities. Working closely with internal & external stakeholders in the development of the database.Marketing Communications; notify different stakeholders with relevant notifications (internal bulletins, SAP notification uploads i.e. Company closures, price increase)Website management; maintain and execution of website updates in line with group business objectives.Work with external agency to ensure that all online campaigns, news feed and content are implemented within the required deadlines.Prepare copy as and when required for different ares of the website.Prepare and present required reports from google analytics i.e traffic, social media, customer engagement and behaviour on site, campaign performance as well on a monthly basis.I have a detailed specification, please send an up to date CV for an immediate response and more information on the role / Client.
