Business Development Manager

We are looking for an effervescent individual to join a small, dynamic team. The role provides day-to-day management of workplace investigation case delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for the customer and looking do develop new business from existing clients and new clients alike.

This is the perfect role for candidates who are focused on developing new business in a people centred and solution driven way. An understanding of, and existing network with, HR professional’s will be a distinct advantage – specifically with workplace investigations experience. All candidates will be self-motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic, confident and proactive with excellent communication skills. You will have the confidence to work within a client-facing role and will have the ability to work under pressure within a fast moving performance-driven environment. On offer is a competitive package with a Basic salary between £28,000 - £30,000 with uncapped OTE £55,000, a stakeholder pension plan and share options.

Role Responsibilities

?Manage a portfolio of workplace investigation Clients and Prospects

?Deliver sales presentations and provide support as an investigation specialist

?Attend client meetings in the United Kingdom

?Ensure that projects are completed profitably and on time

?Manage the budget for case-related expenditure

?Contribute to the marketing strategy of the Reddyco brand and work with the marketing team to execute campaigns

?Help Identify new consultants to add to our network of investigator associates to maintain standards of service delivery and generate new business

?Maintain existing client relationships and look for opportunities to grow accounts

?Conduct periodic market research and review the case management process

Desired Skills/Experience

?At least 3 years’ experience developing new business with a complex “consultancy solutions” service approach

?An understanding of the HR industry, with knowledge of workplace investigations and mediation an advantage.

?Account management skills to ensure maximising sales opportunities from existing clients

?Strong verbal and written communication

?Ability to work with clearly defined targets and a track record of delivering to targets.

?Familiarity with using a CRM system to track Pipeline activity

?Experience conducting and summarising research

?Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders

?Enthusiastic, positive and results focused with initiative
