The Customer Relations Executive position provides an excellent opportunity to join a department within an expanding vibrant company.

Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Relations, the Customer Relations Executive’s primary role will be to liaise with customers by telephone, email, post and occasionally face to face.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
·Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
·Good organisational skills and the ability to multi task.
·Must have previous customer service experience.
·Customer focused with the ability to identify and solve problems. A genuine interest in understanding what is important to our customers while remaining commercially minded.
·The ability to work as part of a high performing team as well as being able to use own initiative when necessary.
·An experienced user of Microsoft Word and Outlook with a basic knowledge of Excel.
·An insight into Social Media Marketing would be a bonus.
