Paul Basham Associates are a transport planning, highway and drainage design consultancy and require an office manager to support the team's day-to-day operations in our modern, open plan premises in Fareham.
The successful applicant will be in charge of organising and supervising all of the administrative functions which relate to the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Duties will include:Day to day running of the office facilitiesHandling finance, assisting with purchasingDiary management for the directorCommunicating with the teamProviding HR / H&S assistanceMaintaining the company time management systemAssisting with and organising company events, elements of marketingLiaising with clients
The ideal candidate will need to have a professional background, be able to communicate at all levels, have experience with finance and possess a working knowledge of a Quality Management System. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Packages is essential and high attention to detail and organisational skills are imperative.
