Account Validations Administrator (Italian/Spanish language req.)

Objectives of the Role:

We are seeking an Account Validation Administrator to provide consistent, high-quality, pro-active support in the verification of accounts with us and to ensure a high standard of advertising across the site. Successful applicants to this role will be working within the Account Validation Team, reporting to the Account Validation Manager, whilst contributing to the responsibilities of the Customer Service department as a whole.Key responsibilities of the Account Validation Administrator:

The Account Validation Team is responsible for providing a professional and consistent level of authentication for all Holiday Lettings accounts. The primary responsibility for the role will be assisting with validation checks for customers so they can advertise their property with us.

Assist in validation checks for new account holders:

Investigate accounts using the information provided by the customer

Be able to analyse information and make conclusions in an efficient manner

To make justifiable decisions in regards to evidence found and relating this to how we can proceed with new customers

Understand and meet targets supplied so that we meet all our customers’ needs as efficiently as possible.

Have the insight to provide new ideas which would improve and add to the current processes that we use in the Account Validation Team

Provide customer support:

Make and respond to telephone calls to assist them with any additional checks they may need before we activate the customer’s account

Resolve issues that arise from validation checks and provide clear and concise feedback to the customer

Handle any issues associated with the misuse of a customer’s account that would affect holidaymakers

Investigate existing account holders

Be familiar with Excel as a tool to order and analyse information

Evaluate the risk that an existing customer would pose to the company

Use in-house tools to recognise the increased threat of an existing account and act upon that information in a efficient manner

Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish, Italian or French

Must be confident in using a PC, ideally have had some experience of Microsoft Office Software and an image editing package (i.e. Photoshop)

Prior experience within a Customer Service role is desirable

Experience in a research environment is advantageous

Attainment of a GCSE English and Mathematics qualification to a minimum level grade C (or equivalent)
