Customer Serivce Officer

Permanent  for Synergy in Sutton

I’m currently working with my client to recruit expert service in order to assist them in meeting their aims of bringing investment and improvements to homes across their borough.They are a thriving, first choice service provider with a reputation for care, quality and value who are committed to providing excellent, customer focused and cost effective landlord services to all their residents.You will report to the Manager of Customer Services and to the Customer Services Team Leader on a daily basisResponsibilities include:*Incoming calls from existing customers: taking orders and dealing with general enquiries*Solving both routine problems and complex customer enquiries and issues*Outgoing courtesy calls to existing clients*Complaint handling*Responding to customer emails*To succeed in this role you will have a great phone manner, and the ability to work within a team is absolutely essential.
