Helpline Advisor - Service & Sales

£7.43 per hour plus bonus
Full time (37.5 hours per week)
We are currently recruiting Sales and Service Advisors to work within our Newcastle contact centre within one of our public sector campaigns.
The campaign you will be working within is a leading personal and social development programme for young people and is a government funded initiative.
As an Outbound Sales and Service Advisor your role will involve following up on interest raised regionally by delivery partners, you will initiate contact with Young People, Parents/Carers and Sponsors to discuss the programme and complete the application process. You will then support Young People through the application process and journey through the scheme.
Your background will include time spent within a customer service / sales environment, it would be advantageous if this included time within a contact centre or if you had experience of making outbound calls. You will be self motivated with an eye for detail and results focused. You should enjoy solving problems along with the challenge of enabling/ overcoming objections. Your communication skills will be second to none.
The position is initially fixed term until the end of April 2015 with start dates throughout December / January.
The campaign opening hours are between 11am - 9pm Mon - Fri, Saturday 10am-6pm.
