Essential duties and responsibilities:Day to day management of the teamSupport and assist in implementation of Senior Management decisionsBe the first point of contact for the Regional Sales Manager'sHandle customer complaints, both internal & externalManaging attendance of team membersManage training plans and documentation of team members training, liaising closely with the Training DepartmentEnsure processes and procedures are correct and observedReport and manage team and individual performancePrepare monthly reports and assist in developing the direction of the division support structureAssist with continual improvement activitiesAdditional duties may be required to support the business needs.
Car driver preferred due to occasional meetings off site and some client interaction. Previous team leading experience essential.
