Brand Marketing Manager - Fast Growing Ladies Footwear Fashion BrandLondon W10£35,000 - £50,000Who we are:Retailing online and in Topshop, Bank, Sole Trader, Shop Direct, Office, Selfridges and Harrods, we create chic, compact and must-have footwear for the 'girl-on-the-go'.The Brand Marketing Manager Role:> Own development and delivery of seasonal and tactical media campaigns for the UK & ROI across both traditional and digital channels maximising advertising spend> Own relationships with key media owners to ensure brand favourability and successful delivery of media partnerships> Work closely with e-commerce Digital Marketing Manager to maximise investment across all digital channels e.g SEO, PPC, Newsletter CRM> Work closely with trade to ensure plans support trade activity and marketing calendar kept up to date> Agree clear media KPI’s, measures and objectives reporting performance on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis including recommendations to drive improvement> Oversee creation and delivery of all advertising assets> Work with social media team to amplify campaigns on a national and local level> Work in conjunction with PR Manager to ensure advertising titles are supported through editorial coverage> Work with experiential agencies to develop and deliver brand events on a national or local level as required> Manage development of local marketing tool kit to allow store activation of events> Develop process for response to and delivery of all ad hoc local requirements> Holistic evaluation of all media and local marketing campaigns in conjunction with finance leading to recommendations to drive improvement and to be used as a planning tool for subsequent year/s.> Maintain brand guardianship over third party partnerships within the UK> Accountable for management of UK media and local marketing budget> Manage and develop 1 x junior marketing manager> Deliver weekly and monthly updates to broader teams, and ensure all teams are kept informed of projects Brand Marketing Manager Requirements: > Proven understanding and delivery of multi-channel media planning with particular focus on digital> Practical experience in delivery of social media strategy> Experience in experiential and event management> Experience in development and delivery of local marketing initiatives> Strong communication skills – both written and verbal> Proven ability to influence across multi-functions and levels> Agency management> Budget management> Strong commercial awareness> Team management> Creative thinker> Minimum 3 years brand marketing experience including media planning> Proven understanding of UK media landscape particularly in relation to fashion> Clear understanding of fashion retail landscape> Retail experience, preferably fashionYou may have worked in the following capacities:Fashion Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing Manager, Retail Brand Marcomms Manager.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The Brand Marketing Manager role is being managed by agency innovator RecruitmentRevolution.com.
