Soft Services Contracts Manager
Our housing management client requires a Contracts Liaison Manager to be responsible for the performance of cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts north and south of the Thames in Essex and Kent.Skills required include experience of dealing with the public and managing people. Performance requirements include meeting KPIs, hitting efficiency measures through effective management and ensuring statutory compliance and high customer satisfaction. It also requires leading the development of staff, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed and maintaining effective relationships with the client, residents and contractors to identify ways the service can be improved and extended.Commercial duties include managing the services to minimise cost and maximise income, identifying savings and opportunities to increase earnings.The successful candidate will be a point of contact for clients, suppliers and members of staff. Applicants must be confident in their own abilities and capable of solving problems. Candidates for these posts must have experience in grounds maintenance and cleaning.As well as a range of practical knowledge, applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. A full, manual driving licence is essential as a company vehicle is provided.
