Job Details Our Client, a forward thinking innovative company, which over many years has developed an enviable reputation as a trusted and long term supplier to some of the best known global brands, currently have a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative, based in Brackley, Northamptonshire (NN13 7EX). Main Duties: Successful candidates will have warehouse experience, and must be willing to be trained to use a reach truck. There are a number of shifts available; Sunday - Friday 13.45 to 22.15 (5 days per week with 1 rotating day off) Sunday - Thursday 21.45 to 06.15 Working as part of a team and using the appropriate equipment, you will be responsible for accurately scanning product in, safe storage and ensuring the correct, timely and safe despatch to customers. You will be operating in a chilled environment within the Despatch department. This will include the use of MHE and the loading of vehicles as well as product handling and storage. This role will involve manual handling and lifting of weights in the region of 10-15kg. Duties will include; • Ensuring all products are correctly stacked, wrapped • Using the WMS system to scan product to stock and applying the correct labels to pallets • Picking and scanning of customer orders using the WMS system to ensure you are using the correct product and use by dates as per the customer specification • Taking accurate product temperatures and recording information to ensure product is within the correct temperature specification • Loading of vehicles using the WMS system to ascertain all orders are accurate before loading takes place. Scanning product onto the vehicles and loading them in the correct order • Receiving returned product, checking the paperwork to ascertain why it has been returned and communicate as required • Scanning product for stock takes when required • Effectively communicate with other staff in dispatch and production Key Skills & Experience: The successful candidate will: • Have warehouse experience • Have good communication skills as you will be working as part of a team • Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment • Have a positive, can do attitude • Be dedicated to maintaining high quality standards • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail All applicants must have the right to work in the UK Benefits: Our Client is committed to making sure their employees get back as much as they put in.
