Field Sales Executive

The successful candidate will carry out sales activities to develop new business opportunities for Network Packaging, in accordance with business targets. The successful candidate will manage the relevant sales area under the supervision of the Area Sales Manager.
1. Developing New BusinessProspect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business.Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within client companies.Research and build relationships with new clients.Plan approaches, sales presentations and pitches.Work with the Network Packaging team to develop proposals that answer the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
2. Customer RetentionServe existing customers in order to maintain current business and develop new opportunities suitable to those customers.Present new products and services to enhance existing relationships.Conduct regular site visits to complete stock takes, drop off product samples etc
3. Administration / GeneralMeet yearly and monthly sales targets assigned to you.Submit enquiries to the Sales Administration team to obtain quotes.Plan journeys to effectively maximise your time with existing customers as well as potential new business. To complete all necessary administration as required by the Area Sales Manager on time. This includes a weekly meeting with your Manager to report and review the number of enquiries generated, including Company name, enquiry value, reason to buy and current status. Update and maintain your prospect entries and appointments on the CRM system (Goldmine) to ensure it is accurate and current. Present yourself and Network Packaging in a professional manner at all times when visiting both existing customers and potential new businesses
